Liquid Car Meets Merchandise FAQ's

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? We promise fast shipping! Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Paid postage orders can take up to 5-6 days for sticker orders.

2. When will my order ship? Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. We’re getting your goodies ready to roll!

3. Can I pick up my order at a car meet? Yes! For local pickups at one of our car meet gatherings, please DM us on Instagram to arrange the details (Please include your BigCartel Invoice or purchase number.) We’ll have your items ready for you to grab in person!

4. Do you ship internationally? At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. Stay tuned as we look into expanding our reach!

5. How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your merchandise’s journey straight to your door!

6. What if there’s an issue with my order? If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to us at via DM on Instagram. We’ll make sure everything is sorted out!

7. Can I change my order after it’s been placed? Once an order is processed, we can’t make changes. But don’t worry—just reach out ASAP, and we’ll help you out with any concerns!

8. Is there a rush shipping option? Currently, we’re only offering standard shipping, but with our 3-5 day shipping time, we’re sure you’ll get your items quickly!
